Deep and comprehensive expertise across the AdTech and MarTech ecosystems (audience management tools, DSP/SSP, bid management, ad serving, web analytics, identity solutions), including their strategic application and integration. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. Superior analytical skillset, with a proven ability to derive and communicate strategic insights from vast and complex programmatic datasets to drive business outcomes. Proactive understanding of the future of media in a privacy-first world, with the ability to contribute to anticipating and navigating industry changes. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, capable of effectively engaging stakeholders across a matrixed organization. Experience working closely with legal, compliance, and procurement teams on technology-related initiatives in a highly regulated environment. Financial services experience is a strong plus.
