Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or applicants can substitute one year of related experience for one year of education)
  • 5+ years of experience developing and managing successful programs and/or related experience
  • 1+ year(s) of experience managing operational budgets

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of energy efficiency, electric equipment (lighting, HVAC, etc.) strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
  • Proficiency in using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems such as Salesforce or similar
  • Experience working with trade ally networks such as mechanical and electrical contractors
  • Experience using project management tools (Teams, SharePoint, and Planner)

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the management of utility project performance including financial management, contract deliverables, strategic planning, quality assurance, and operational efficiencies.
  • Internal staff coordination of project including, but not limited to, internal portfolio reviews, and working with internal program leads, such as Marketing, IT and Customer Experience to ensure minimum targets are met.
  • Oversee and coordinate the delivery of Home Energy Assessments (HEAs) for utility customers by leading a team consisting of internal staff and Trade Allies. Responsibilities include management of direct install materials, growth and development of the trade ally network.
  • Collaborate with a multi-functional project team comprised of account managers, QA/QC specialists, operations, IT, customer care and marketing specialists (including ICF internal staff and subcontractors) to ensure timely and professional completion of all tasks and achieve specific program goals and objectives.
  • Monitor regulated performance metrics and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting of metrics to client.
  • Manage budgets and resources to meet financial targets.
  • Proactively develop solutions to adjust to changing market conditions and consistently deliver on client goals.
  • Review and edit deliverables to clients including monthly progress reports, quarterly presentations, and semi-annual regulatory reports.
  • Act as point of contact on programs and manage client status calls
  • Travel to the local New Mexico ICF office at least two times a month to meet with the team and/or the client
