We are currently seeking a Senior Program Specialist to support operations in Doral, FL. This is a full-time, CONUS position requiring an active DoD TS/SCI clearance. What You’ll Do As a Senior Program Specialist , you will play a critical role in emerging technologies and strategic insights to support mission objectives. This role requires developing, articulating, and communicating a clear strategic vision across all Joint Directorates, as well as with academic partners and foreign mission counterparts. In this role, you will: Apply capabilities such as: graph store, RDF Triples, Location Based Intelligence, AI/ML, Data enrichment pipelines, and GIS systems. Provide technical, operational and intelligence advisory support that enable the command, its subordinate units, and other strategic and operational partners to integrate within a technology platform. Provide specialized expertise during the planning and execution of military exercises and operations. Conduct briefings and debriefings related to technology integration, task management and mitigation. Create system architecture, overview, implementation, product example briefings for use at both internal and external events to include the public. Create and maintain project milestones and roadmaps. Mentor, train, and advise senior leadership. Mentor, train, and advise senior leadership. Working knowledge of Esri ArcGIS Enterprise systems

Requirements

Master’s degree or minimum of 11+ years’ experience supporting DoD and/or Interagency organizations.
Demonstrate experience in the early adoption of technology, comprehension of emerging technology and SC strategic with cross functional technology.
Must have a current and active DoD TS/SCI security clearance.
Proficient with modern IT tools and infrastructure technologies
Compliance with vaccination and medical requirements for TDY/OCONUS roles as per Vaccine Recommendations by AOR | Health.mil .
Must be able to work in an office environment, sitting at a desk, looking at a computer for most of the workday.
