About The Position
The Red Gate Group is seeking an experienced and mission-driven Senior Program/Project Manager to support the Department of the Navy (DON). In this leadership role, you will supervise a multidisciplinary team of 7–10 subject matter experts in arms control, national security, international relations, and international law. Your mission: lead high-impact efforts to ensure DON’s compliance with international arms control agreements and advance global security through policy implementation, compliance assurance, and readiness planning. This position directly supports arms control compliance and inspection readiness functions under DoD Directive 2060.1 and SECNAV Instruction 5710.23C, overseeing day-to-day strategic operations as well as specialized treaty and inspection support—such as Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC) Challenge Inspections (CIs), Open Skies Treaty implementation, and critical infrastructure assessments. As a Senior Program Manager, your leadership will be pivotal in ensuring the Navy’s readiness to respond to international compliance requirements at any time, anywhere.
