Senior Program Ministries Aide
About The Position
The Senior Program Ministries Aide assists with Senior Programs Ministries activities at The Salvation Army Oak Creek. Assists with running the various educational, recreational, relational, and spiritual development activities, events, and trips for the Seniors Ministry programs. Builds and maintains positive relationships with program participants. Assists by serving in meals and fellowship time. Provides support for regular activities and events for Seniors, by setting up refreshments, rooms, materials, etc. Helps ensure necessary information is collected and recorded for statics reports. Attends special Salvation Army services/events to support and strengthen connections with seniors.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working with seniors is helpful
