Samsara’s Sales Programs team enables a high-performance sales team by leveraging technology, automation, and best-in-class methodologies to streamline operations, improve forecasting accuracy, and maximize sales efficiency & effectiveness. The Senior Program Manager will prioritize, implement, and lead large-scale transformational projects across the Sales organization. This role requires a passion for streamlining project plans, centralizing processes, and optimizing change management. Successful candidates have strong analytical business acumen and an insatiable curiosity to understand and improve operations. We are looking for candidates who will champion, role model and embed Samsara’s operating principles as we scale globally and across new offices.
