About The Position
This role will support the Associate Listening team as a survey and data analysis expert by implementing employee listening programs, providing advanced analytical insights to enhance the associate experience, creating compelling data visuals and actionable storylines that are aligned with our business strategy, and serve as a trusted thought partner across the broader HR and company landscape. The ideal candidate will be data savvy with strong analytical skills, able to independently manage deliverables, proactive problem solver, flexible and can adapt to change, collaborative, attentive to details, and has a desire to continuously learn and offer new ideas.
