Gradient AI is a fast-growing startup, bringing state-of-the-art Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) solutions to the trillion-dollar insurance industry. Founded in 2018, we have recently raised a $56M "C" round from top Insurtech investors to continue fueling our growth. Our software-as-a-service platform provides bias-free, data-driven insights, enabling insurance companies to profitably run their business and expand their offerings to underserved people and markets. We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to join our product team. This person will help develop processes and strategies to plan, manage, and execute major product development projects and engagements. They will also work with our largest clients to run projects and ensure we are meeting goals and providing results. This individual should thrive in uncharted territory, taking the lead in defining processes and creating a 'playbook' to guide future projects. They must be comfortable tackling challenges and developing solutions without relying on existing frameworks or established methods. Gradient AI is headquartered in Boston and the preferred candidate is local.
