About The Position

The Senior Program Manager is responsible for managing and developing the team to ensure successful program implementation and strong outcomes for Ampact programs. This position will regularly review data to evaluate program outcomes and work collaboratively with functional leadership team s to develop and achieve strategic direction. The Senior Program Manager will also establish , maintain, and expand site partnerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3 + years of progressive, relevant experience in management .
  • Demonstrated skills as a leader and manager including strong communication , delegating and managing workloads and priorities , and investing and motivating others .
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills characterized by active listening, responsiveness , and ensuring respectful two-way communication with internal and external individuals.
  • Ability to work effectively in collaboration with diverse groups of people.
  • Ability to represent the Ampact programs confidently and professionally to the external community.

Responsibilities

  • Staff Supervision & Development Employee Management : hire and train team; provide staff development , coaching , and performance management .
  • Monitor and provide accountability to the key performance indicators for each position on the team.
  • Work with functional leaders to provide training and guidance that ensure s program, fiscal, and compliance excellence.
  • Ensure effective, consistent, timely communication and direction regarding team member functional responsibilities, best practices, requirements, and strategies.
  • Address complaints and resolve problems to m aximize service recipient and member outcomes.
  • Program Management, Implementation , & Outcomes Data Management: Regularly review member and program data and outcomes to monitor implementation and maximize equitable impact.
  • Work with Program Director and functional leaders to refine and implement regional program strategy.
  • Support the development, growth, and expansion of program s in regional areas .
  • Provide accountability and direction to staff to ensure their members implement the model with fidelity, achieve their outcomes, and update data regularly .
  • Stakeholder Relationships Establish, nurture, and maintain relationships with service site stakeholders to grow and develop programs.
  • Communicate effectively regarding the value, model, and outcomes of Ampact programs.
  • Regularly communicate with leadership regarding grant management and respond quickly and effectively to requests related to funding and legislative reports and site visits.
  • Develop new site partnerships to expand program impact.
  • Support collection of site fees from partners .
  • Other Duties as Assigned
