About The Position

In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with leaders across the organization to drive strategic initiatives within the People & Culture department. Requirements

  • 6-8+ years of industry experience, including as a Chief of Staff or Head of Program Management Office
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong project management skills with executive-level communication ability
  • Ability to prioritize and manage work against critical timelines
  • Strategic thinker with strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in managing multiple programs simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Chief P&C Officer and P&C Leadership team to accelerate long-term goals, planning and operations
  • Collaborate on organizational strategy and goal setting
  • Operate as proxy for Chief P&C Officer in operations not requiring direct engagement
  • Drive collaboration across P&C teams for efficiency
  • Prepare leadership presentations and strategy reviews
  • Organize and manage leadership meetings and presentations
  • Support P&C Leads on project management and tracking
  • Ensure P&C teams have data for effective decision-making
  • Drive agenda and follow-up for P&C staff meetings
  • Assess P&C organizational needs and implement solutions
  • Provide rigorous data analysis and reporting based on business needs
  • Design and facilitate business team meetings as needed
  • Support supplementary projects ensuring timely completion
