The Senior Program Manager is the primary point of contact for responsibilities related to organization contracts, specifically those involving design, engineering, integration, and technology services. The Senior Program Manager acts as the onsite Client Relationship Manager and oversees the leadership team as they perform services and complete deliverables as committed. The Senior Program Manager will strive for and instill project delivery excellence, implement effective project management practices, work as a trusted advisor to client personnel, and leverage substantial IT team leadership experience across relevant programs. The Senior Program Manager should have proven experience and be able to function well in three primary areas: client relationship management; large program coordination and execution; and Information Technology implementations, with strength in IT strategy and thought leadership.
