Senior Program Manager
About The Position
The Senior Program Manager is responsible for leading complex, enterprise-wide technology and process improvement projects that enable strategic business and digital objectives. Operating in matrixed environment, the Senior Program Manager ensures alignment between IT strategy, operational excellence priorities, technical execution, and business outcomes while managing interdependencies, risks, governance, and financial performance across multiple projects. This role partners closely with IT leadership, architecture, engineering, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to deliver large-scale, high-visibility initiatives. Please note this position will be hybrid (3 days in office/ 2 days WFH) The position can be based in one of the following locations; Schaumburg, IL, or Secaucus NJ.

- Ensuring alignment between IT strategy, operational excellence priorities, technical execution, and business outcomes
- Managing interdependencies, risks, governance, and financial performance across multiple projects
- Partnering closely with IT leadership, architecture, engineering, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to deliver large-scale, high-visibility initiatives
