About The Position

Our collaborative team is at the forefront of building world-class industrial automation solutions. Our team is searching for a Senior Program Manager (PM) that can manage the complexity and vast technical workstreams across all aspects of our program. The ideal candidate will draw upon exemplary program and project management, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, and a passion for creating reliable and maintainable systems. The candidate should be open to new challenges, strong at multi-tasking, innovative, creative, self-directed, and a great team player. Candidates should drive continuous process improvement and collaborate effectively with cross-functional operational and development teams to solve problems and implement new solutions.

Requirements

5+ years of program or project management experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Bachelor's degree, or Bachelor's degree in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, finance or equivalent quantitative field
Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)

Nice To Haves

2+ years of driving process improvements experience
MBA, or Master's degree
Experience dealing well with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering measurable results in an agile environment
Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines
Advanced knowledge of analytical tools such as SQL, Tableau, MS Excel, or Microsoft Access
Demonstrated experience and proficiency in effective communication of goals and strategies across multiple leadership levels of an organization
Demonstrated ability to dive deep in understanding the product, our business and the competitive landscape

Responsibilities

Manage full lifecycle of complex cross-functional programs with considerable impact across multiple organizations
Development of the overall program strategy, tactically driving teams in and outside of your organization to deliver
Define the program (mission, vision, tenets), set objectives, analyze data and drive improvements that are quantified with metrics
Work autonomously in an ambiguous environment, seeking to understand business problems, automation limitations, scaling factors, boundary conditions and reasons behind leadership decisions
Partner with customers, internal/external teams, and engineering teams to determine what projects move forward and in what priority order
Solve ambiguous problems and proactively identify and mitigate risks (before they become roadblocks)
Work with program managers, business leaders and executive team to communicate and impact critical business initiatives
Develop, implement, and govern KPI reporting for a portfolio of programs, providing visibility to the milestones, and performance across all projects
Create, communicate, and manage budget for projects

Benefits

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets.
The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market.
Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
