The project & program responsibilities are focused on internal information system-specific project tasks or non-technical project completion using an internal customer perspective, both typically from initiation through delivery. Develop and implement program plans and budgets. Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party contractors. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Provide strategic guidance to project managers. Maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Mentor junior project managers. Regularly report to our executive level all key performance metrics, ongoing new programs execution status, and strategic milestones to senior leadership, ensuring accountability, transparency, and informed decision-making.
