About The Position
As a Senior Program Manager, you'll work with a large cross-functional team focused on supporting our enterprise strategic plan. You are responsible for large, diverse and complex project planning frameworks and projects to transform care in USFHP. You are someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is invigorated by balancing multiple tasks in parallel, strives to meet high standards, and seeks to consistently raise the bar on both team interaction and project delivery to make an impact across the organization. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Business, or related field.
- Or 4 years in Program Management or leadership experience in health plan operations
- 5 years experience with program management or healthcare management.
Nice To Haves
- Master's Degree in related field
- 2 years experience in health plan process improvement
- 2 years of Communication and Marketing experience.
