Ventus Executive Solutions is seeking a skilled Senior Program Manager to support an innovative program. In this role, you will provide senior-level SETA support by leveraging deep experience across DARPA and the Intelligence Community (IC) to guide and enable the transition of DARPA-developed technologies into the DoW and IC. You will apply strong technical expertise, analytical rigor, and IC domain knowledge to support ongoing and future transition efforts in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment, working closely with government stakeholders, technical teams, and mission partners.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree.
  • 15+ years of experience working in or with the Intelligence Community.
  • 7+ years of experience supporting DARPA as a SETA.
  • Proven experience transitioning technology from DARPA to the DoW and the IC.
  • Demonstrated experience across the DARPA program lifecycle, particularly program initiation and completion.
  • 4+ years of direct support to hardware design teams, particularly within DARPA MTO programs.
  • 3+ years of direct support to cyber design teams, including direct support to operations.
  • Active experience conducting IC-directed briefings to enable transition efforts.
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate technical development roadmaps to senior leadership.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Active Top Secret/SCI with a Full Scope polygraph (required)

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience supporting multiple DARPA program offices.
  • Deep familiarity with IC tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
  • Experience guiding R&D teams toward operational transition opportunities.
  • Background supporting both hardware-centric and cyber-focused mission programs.
