About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Regional Program Manager - REMOTE. In this role, you will be pivotal in overseeing large-scale maintenance and logistics operations for naval vessels sold internationally under the Foreign Military Sales program. The ideal candidate is organized, methodical, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment, managing multiple projects across different countries effectively. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure operational success and contribute to the overall mission of supporting foreign military programs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of industry-related experience, including Project Management and Logistics.
  • At least 4 years of related project management experience.
  • Experience managing diverse teams and schedules.
  • Skilled in hiring personnel across various roles.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to obtain a United States Passport.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Eligibility for a US government secret clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Support in-country Site and Waterfront Managers in the country of interest.
  • Plan, coordinate, schedule, and execute maintenance and availability plans for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) ships.
  • Mentor and support the Site Manager and Waterfront Manager.
  • Coordinate integrated logistics support (ILS) among stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects are planned and executed in line with project management principles.
  • Monitor project status, investigate issues, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Develop and deliver briefs to various stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with ITAR/EAR regulations.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure transparency of operations.
  • Assist the Contract Program Manager in the region's operations.
  • Coordinate Follow-on Technical Support (FOTS) work to maintain shipboard readiness.
  • Recommend solutions to task, cost, and schedule issues as they arise.
