About The Position

MTSI is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Director Program Manager to lead complex programs and initiatives across the organization. This role requires expertise in program management, leadership, and strategic planning to drive successful program execution while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. The Senior Director will oversee multidisciplinary teams, manage resources, and ensure program deliverables are met on time and within budget.

Requirements

  • US citizenship and Secret level clearance required with the ability to obtain a TS.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Management, or related field and 20+ years of experience or master’s degree and 12+ years of experience.
  • Experience in program management and proven success managing large-scale programs in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP, Six Sigma).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing DoD or government contracts.
  • Certification in Program Management (e.g., PMP, PgMP).
  • Familiarity with [industry-specific tools/processes, e.g., Earned Value Management (EVM)].

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee multiple complex programs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives.
  • Develop and manage program plans, objectives, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, partners, and cross-functional teams.
  • Define program objectives, success criteria, and key performance indicators.
  • Identify and manage risks, resolving issues proactively to ensure program success.
  • Mentor and guide program teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring efficient execution.
  • Coordinate across departments to allocate resources effectively.
  • Track program performance and provide regular updates to executive leadership.
  • Recommend process improvements and innovations to enhance overall program effectiveness.
