About The Position
onsemi is seeking a highly motivated Senior Technical Business Process Development Manager (Semiconductor Industry Centric) to lead the implementation of onsemi technologies and business process strategies. The selected individual will be part of the Integrated Circuits (IC) Technology Development Group and responsible for improving and optimizing business processes, with a focus on technology, to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall organizational performance. The role will largely be centered around technology transfers, technology development, Program Management and business process improvements for New Product/Technology Introduction. This leadership position requires continual interactions with both internal Business Units, Product Teams, Manufacturing/Operations management and executives to ensure the project output aligns with the stakeholder’s evolving needs. The selected individual is additionally responsible for ensuring that documentation for all the associated business/technology collaterals are also complete.
