About The Position

Torch is seeking a self-motivated a Senior Program Manager who will work under close direction with the HAWK Project Manager and HAWK Functional Leaders, to perform a vast array of program management/security assistance duties. Activities include stakeholder engagements with Office of the Secretary of War (Policy), USAREUR-AF, DASA(DE&C), USASAC, MILGRP – Bucharest, Kiev and Ukraine, and SAG-U, and project planning/analysis, program development, execution, financial, and closures. As a Senior Program Manager your duties will include the following, but are not limited to: The individual will provide recommendations for complex problems related to security assistance and program management and have knowledge of current SA and acquisition policies; experience with Title 22 and Title 10 BPC funded programs; and possess superior experience in critical thinking and stakeholder collaboration. The individual will research material for country briefings, as well as preparing reports and memorandums. In addition, he/she will be able to work on other projects as assigned. Will secure information by completing database backups. Will provide historical references by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems. Should demonstrate significant knowledge on utilization of Microsoft Office Products.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience with an advanced Degree in engineering or business preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years program related experience in related areas with at least 5 years functional or program management experience.
  • Ability to collaborate in a multi-contractor team environment to respond to short-notice requests for data.
  • Candidate will travel CONUS and OCONUS in support of the HAWK Project Office mission and Partner Nations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • The position requires that the candidate currently holds an active secret level security clearance to access classified information.
  • Inability to maintain a security clearance will result in the candidate being ineligible for this position

Nice To Haves

  • Project Management PMP Certification is desirable with military-related systems experience.
