About The Position

Praescient Analytics is seeking a highly qualified Senior Program Manager to lead our Contract Advisory and Assistance Services (CAAS) and Systems Engineering Technical Assistance (SETA) support for the National Media Exploitation Center (NMEC) Technology Platform. As the single point of contact for the Government, you will provide overall leadership and guidance for all contractor personnel, ensuring the quality and efficiency of both technical and business processes. U.S. Citizenship is required.

Requirements

  • Fifteen (15) or more years of experience in the planning, execution, and oversight of Government contracts.
  • 5+ years managing multiple concurrent task orders or projects under a BPA, IDIQ, or equivalent contract structure.
  • Proven experience leading teams supporting Department of War or IC component agencies.
  • Demonstrated success managing programs integrating IT, data analytics, and operational support functions.
  • Strong understanding of federal program management principles, acquisition lifecycle, and performance-based management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience briefing executive and senior federal stakeholders.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Must possess a current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and have successfully completed a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) is highly desired.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Government, providing direction to all contractor personnel and ensuring the delivery of high-quality technical support.
  • Evaluate market research, technological trends, and industry advancements as they apply to the NMEC program.
  • Actively alert Government leadership to potential contractual or programmatic issues and respond to inquiries with proactive solutions.
  • Oversee the development of Monthly Financial Status Reports and ensure adherence to fiscal timelines.
  • Ensure that the contract is adequately staffed at all times, including the provision of temporary replacements for key personnel when necessary.
