The Enterprise Portfolio Product Marketing team is searching for a Senior Program Manager to drive clarity, orchestration, and implementation across Product Marketing (PMM) and Go-To-Market (GTM) projects related to enterprise programs, and critical initiatives. This position brings more structure and operational focus to a multifaceted system, helping teams advance from concepts to action with higher reliability and impact. Collaborating directly with the Chief of Staff, you will translate strategic priorities into durable plans, clear ownership models, and execution frameworks. You will focus on areas where priorities intersect across teams, ensuring decisions are surfaced and resolved at the right level. You will build shared understanding that helps teams act proactively rather than reactively. This role requires excellent judgment, ease with operating in ambiguity, and the ability to influence across organizational boundaries. You will navigate complex collaborator environments, drive accountability, and build operating rhythms that reduce friction, increase velocity, and support high-quality outcomes.
