We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Program Manager to support initiatives within the Office of the CEO. You will serve as a key connector across the organization — translating strategic priorities into actionable plans, ensuring flawless execution, and driving alignment between the CEO, GTM team, and broader company. This role combines program management and project execution to advance Cyera’s top initiatives with clarity, speed, and impact. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, demonstrates exceptional communication and organizational skills, and exercises sound judgment when navigating sensitive information and executive-level decisions. Success in this role also requires strong business acumen and the ability to thoughtfully challenge cross-functional inputs to drive alignment. This role reports to the CEO’s Chief of Staff and is an in-office role based in New York City — candidates must be present in the office at least three days per week.
