About The Position

Come join Intuit as a Senior Program Manager! In this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure the team focuses on high-priority programs and delivers maximum value to customers. You will execute strategic initiatives, aligning leaders and teams around shared program goals. Your responsibilities will include designing program structures that empower teams to achieve successful outcomes and developing standardized mechanisms to keep key stakeholders informed about portfolio progress, risks, and issues. You will manage program dependencies, reporting, and leadership escalations and communications, facilitating discussions with experts to achieve optimal outcomes. Establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders across Product Development, Product Management, Design, Marketing, Sales, Technology, Data Science, and Customer Success will be crucial. Additionally, you will refine process automation to efficiently compile data from multiple sources and develop reporting methods/dashboards to drive business and team performance. Fostering continuous improvement across teams to drive operational excellence is also a key aspect of this position.

Requirements

  • Over 8 years of experience in program management, overseeing multiple complex programs successfully.
  • Exceptional influencing skills and proven ability to collaborate in matrix environments.
  • Outstanding communication skills tailored for executive-level audiences.
  • Proven ability to rally teams around execution plans and articulate challenges and opportunities clearly.
  • Experienced in driving program outcomes in an Agile/Scrum environment.
