The Senior Technology Program Manager, Warehouse Modernization is responsible for managing and delivering a large program or multiple smaller programs with medium to high complexity. The role partners closely with fellow program leaders from Product Management, Engineering and the Business teams in a highly collaborative, exciting, and fast-paced atmosphere. The program management role focuses on leading coordination and management activities of the program, program planning activities, and governance and monitoring activities. This role also manages and oversees program budgeting and forecasting processes as well as helps manage vendors and third parties within the program. Successful Senior Program Managers exhibit strong team leadership and communication skills, strong planning and organization skills, and significant experience driving collaboration and alignment across teams. This position is fully remote and is an Individual Contributor position.
