This will be a DL position for either SBI or MEG O&I (GMI). We are seeking a PM that has experience running a large, complex program that has multiple development efforts occurring in parallel. Thus this requires someone with experience effectively managing managers and leads that will be executing the design, development, and verification. This is a different skill than what most of our previous projects and programs require. This role requires someone that has been effective at delegating responsibility and actions, which includes monitoring and assessing the progress and feedback from the team to ensure the program is on track, while managing customer expectations and interactions. This position also requires effective subcontractor management as Kratos will be the Prime on these contracts.
