Atlassian is seeking a highly motivated, collaborative and innovative Senior Program Manager to join our TA Strategic Programs Team. You will drive quality, efficiency and velocity for all of Atlassian through the expansion and adoption of our global programs related to Talent Acquisition.   • Lead programs across a variety of stakeholder groups to influence the success of our key business goals and priorities (focusing on improving and enhancing Atlassian’s ability to hire top talent and meet business critical goals)
  • Drive and own specific program streams within the roadmap. You will be responsible to define milestones for your programs.
  • Build strong relationships and influence cross-functional partners and stakeholders across the business, Talent Acquisition, HRBPs, Talent, People Technology, Talent Brand and People Insights in order to deliver our roadmap and programs of work
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings amongst internal stakeholders to drive consensus and decisions in order to advance program goals
  • Create and drive compelling recommendations and reports driven by data and effective storytelling that enable stakeholders to make educated and informed decisions
  • Communicate across teams, functions and programs - ensuring broad understanding of status, risks, dependencies, and insights
  • Work in a remote environment, interfacing and supporting Atlassian teams across the globe.
  • 7+ year of Program Management, Project Management, People/TA Programs, or related experience
  • Experience working with large-scale, sophisticated change and transformations, including knowledge of change management best practices
  • Successful track record in building, implementing, and delivering key people programs and showing direct, positive linkages to the achievement of business strategy or OKRs
  • Experience in project management and delivering high quality presentations, communications, and artifacts to a wide variety of stakeholder audiences
  • High levels of resourcefulness, influence, organizational savviness, execution skills (strategy through implementation)
  • Formal training in Agile methodology is beneficial
