About The Position

Join a dynamic team driving innovation and crafting Cisco's success by crafting enterprise capabilities that accelerate revenue growth and streamline operations. We lead high-impact initiatives in recurring revenue, sales compensation, partner incentives, M&A integration, and policy, with a strong focus on business process architecture and automation. As a Senior Program Manager for Strategic Programs, you will play a critical role in delivering enterprise-wide initiatives that drive growth. By building integrated roadmaps, aligning cross-functional teams, and facilitating flawless communication, you will ensure the successful execution of high-impact programs.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience managing large-scale, high-impact programs, and effective stakeholder alignment and communication.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Communications or a related field.
  • Program management experience in SaaS, with expertise in recurring revenue models, M&A integration, and sales incentive programs.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Scaled Agile) and associated ceremonies.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in Business, Communications, or Engineering.
  • PMP or CSC certifications.
  • Experience with Jira Align, Jira Cloud, and advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Drive program planning, execution, and delivery, managing scope, schedules, and risks to achieve measurable results.
  • Lead program communications, including updates, dependency management, risk tracking, and stakeholder reporting.
  • Facilitate Agile or Waterfall ceremonies (e.g., kickoff, sprint planning, retrospectives) to foster alignment and collaboration.
  • Conduct program meetings, track issues, and implement solutions to drive progress.
  • Optimize underperforming projects using effective tools, methodologies, and clear communication.
