The Senior Program Manager, Solution Development plays a critical role in driving the sale of Ricoh Printing’s TotalFlow solution portfolio. Partnering with regional and printing sales teams, this role supports both pre-sales and direct sales efforts by evaluating, testing, and documenting customer business and technical needs to deliver compelling Ricoh solutions. The individual is responsible for identifying and closing Professional Services and solution product opportunities with both net-new and existing customers. Acting as a trusted advisor, the Senior Program Manager applies a consultative approach to deliver tailored solutions that align with customer objectives.
