This is an exciting opportunity to lead a core workstream for the Chewy Site Experience team and deliver personalized, relevant, and consistent experiences across Chewy.com. In this role, you will own the onsite customer segmentation content and merchandising roadmap—driving alignment, execution, and measurable results across the site. You'll partner closely with teams across Product, CRM, Creative, App, and Analytics to translate lifecycle insights into fit-for-purpose strategies and experiences that reflect where customers are in their journey with Chewy. You'll be the central point of contact for segmentation progress, ensuring that every initiative is grounded in customer needs, informed by data, and designed to deliver scaled impact.
