Your day will be dynamic and impactful, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution. You might start by analyzing performance dashboards, then collaborate with cross-functional teams to design innovative material handling solutions. Some days will involve deep technical problem-solving, while others focus on stakeholder presentations and program coordination. Travel will be cyclical, aligned with key project milestones and implementation phases. Requirements

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, mechanical, operations, supply chain, business administration, or equivalent STEM field

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field
  • Experience in operational logistics/supply chain, manufacturing, transportation, general management or an engineering role
  • Experience with Six Sigma, lean manufacturing
  • Experience using MS Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD and commercial off-the-shelf technologies such as Tableau, SQL, or equivalent
  • Experience designing complex systems for automation in logistics or manufacturing, or experience with product development in automotive, aerospace, automation equipment or related field
  • Experience leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion

Responsibilities

  • Manage high-visibility automation programs focusing on quality, capacity, and future design innovations
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Reliability Maintenance, Design, and Innovation Engineering teams
  • Execute complex engineering program deliverables and operational goals
  • Analyze performance dashboards and automation logs to drive strategic problem-solving
  • Monitor and improve Material Handling Equipment performance across the network
