Sr. Program Manager will be responsible for leading a large, strategically-critical project or projects to ensure timelines and goals are met/communicated as they relate and support the Trauma & Extremities implementation of the “Accelerate” Program which will implement a new complex Enterprise Requirement Planning (ERP) system for three critical divisions of Stryker. In addition to managing a variety of Subject Matter Experts (SME's) and stakeholders to deliver the agreed upon solution, you will be responsible for Change Management activities, including Stakeholder assessment, communication plans, change impact assessments and ensuring that impacted teams successfully navigate through the change curve once the program has been delivered. This PM role is a vital part of the Accelerate Program team responsible for delivering a new ERP solution, as well as other transformational initiatives that are not only crucial for the success of the Division but also imperative to the organizational efficiency and profitability of Stryker as a whole. This role requires you to work closely with Division and Business Unit leadership / SME's across T&E, Joint Replacement (JR) and Spine as well as the Accelerate program teams to ensure project objectives are appropriate, required project resources (budget and people) are allocated, and project risks are mitigated.
