This remote position is responsible for the leadership, management, and ownership of programs across the Bank. The role involves overseeing and managing the complex, strategic coordination of multiple projects to achieve business goals, including scope, cost, staffing, and performance management. The position evaluates program effectiveness and delivers tactical insights through reporting to senior management and key stakeholders, with a focus on enterprise-level projects that have significant regulatory, compliance, and risk management implications.

  • Develops, implements, and evaluates all aspects of assigned programs including sub-projects and related initiatives.
  • Manages planning, schedule, resources, and risk for programs.
  • Ensures quality and compliance, implementing corrective action where necessary to ensure cohesion between individual projects and the overall program.
  • Communicates key performance indicators and program metrics to appropriate parties.
  • Collaborates with business units and senior executives to align project goals with wider strategic objectives.
  • Develops cases to outline and justify program-level initiatives in accordance with organizational planning.
  • Develops influential relationships with vendors, business leaders, and other key stakeholders to support program success.
  • Oversees vendor selection, negotiations, issues resolution, and ongoing relationship management for assigned initiatives.
  • Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of experience in Project Management or Program Management
  • OR High School Diploma or GED and 14 years of experience in Project Management or Program Management
  • Preferred: Large Financial Institution experience
  • License or Certification Type: PMP certification Preferred, PgMP certification Preferred
