About The Position
Amazon Global Engineering Services is seeking a highly motivated Senior Program Manager to lead capital planning, project management, and change management initiatives across Amazon's existing Retail Fulfillment and Logistics ecosystem. This role will be pivotal in driving rapid growth, operational excellence, and effective change implementation at scale. You will be responsible for developing thoughtful program strategies, while also directly managing hands-on execution for the portfolio of projects supported. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, comfortable with ambiguity, and capable of balancing competing priorities. A successful candidate will implement scalable process improvements, influence large cross-functional teams and leaders, and leverage data to drive business decision making.
