As the Senior Program Manager, Recruitment Technology, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how Zillow leverages technology to attract and hire top talent. This is a hands-on, operational role where you’ll implement and optimize recruiting platforms and tools, introduce AI-driven solutions, and ensure they deliver real impact for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. By partnering across business and technical teams, you’ll turn ideas into scalable solutions that improve efficiency, enhance experiences, and drive measurable value.

  • Evaluate, design, implement, and integrate recruiting platforms and tools that scale with Zillow’s growth, ensuring smooth transitions and effective adoption through structured change management.
  • Champion change management and adoption by enabling end-users (recruiters, interviewers, hiring managers, candidates) with training, communication, and support, ensuring technology delivers measurable impact in a global, remote-first environment.
  • Leverage AI and automation to reimagine candidate experience, recruiter effectiveness, and hiring decisions—turning bold ideas into practical, impactful solutions.
  • Use data to measure effectiveness, identify opportunities for innovation, and implement improvements that strengthen decision-making, recruiter efficiency, and candidate experience.
  • Build trusted, cross-functional partnerships by aligning priorities and uniting stakeholders across technical teams, recruiting leaders, operations, and other functions.
  • Own vendor relationships across the tech stack, partnering with customer success managers to anticipate product roadmaps and releases, resolve issues proactively, and lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) that deliver actionable insights.
  • Design recruiting technology solutions that scale across geographies and deliver consistent value worldwide.
  • Establish metrics, track adoption, and share progress with senior leadership while ensuring compliance, data integrity, and system security.
  • 5+ years of experience as a program manager supporting recruitment technology, HRIS, or similar enterprise platforms.
  • Proven ability to design, implement, and scale systems for end users including recruiters, candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers while leading complex, cross-functional programs to deliver measurable impact.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence across technical and business stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with experience using data to guide decisions and measure success.
  • Knowledge of compliance, data privacy, and system security considerations related to recruitment technology.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% for conferences, Zillow retreats, and workshop sessions domestically and internationally.
  • Experience with Workday or other major HRIS platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven recruiting solutions and emerging HR tech trends.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverages.
  • Parental leave and family benefits.
  • Retirement contributions.
  • Paid time off.
