Senior Program Manager, Policy Tools & Scaling
About The Position
Maleda Tech is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the design and scaling of systems that power global policy and campaign operations. In this role, you will own the evolution of campaign infrastructure, ensuring distributed teams have the tools, playbooks, and processes needed to execute effectively. You will partner cross-functionally to integrate AI-powered intelligence and CRM platforms, enabling smarter targeting, improved engagement, and scalable decision-making. This is a highly strategic role for someone who combines systems thinking, operational rigor, and technical curiosity to build solutions that operate at global scale.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in program management, operations, public policy, marketing, or related fields
- Proven success delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across functions and leadership levels
- Experience working across technical and non-technical teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Demonstrated ability to build scalable systems, processes, or operational frameworks
- High level of ownership, integrity, and collaboration
Nice To Haves
- Experience with CRM systems, AI tools, or campaign infrastructure is highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap and execution of CRM and AI-driven program initiatives, including campaign management and intelligence tools
- Drive cross-functional alignment across product, operations, and policy stakeholders
- Translate feedback from global users into prioritized product and system enhancements
- Lead reporting on program performance, including progress, risks, and success metrics
- Scale adoption of tools, systems, and workflows across distributed teams
- Identify and implement opportunities to leverage AI, CRM, and automation for greater efficiency and impact
- Develop and maintain playbooks, frameworks, and processes to enable consistent execution across regions
- Ensure successful rollout and ongoing optimization of program infrastructure
