About The Position

The Senior Program Manager will play a pivotal role in driving strategic sourcing initiatives across Regal Rexnord’s global segments, with a focus on IT categories including software, IT services, telecom, and hardware. This leader will manage complex, cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, cost optimization, and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, IT Management, or related field
• Minimum 7 years of procurement or supply chain experience, with IT category sourcing strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sourcing processes and negotiation strategies.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with experience influencing at all organizational levels.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex projects in a global, matrixed environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization.

Nice To Haves

• MBA preferred.
• Knowledge of cloud and software procurement a plus.
• Certifications such as PMP or CPSM or public cloud preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead long- and short-term sourcing projects across IT categories, delivering cost savings and value creation.
• Develop negotiation strategies, conduct spend analysis, and manage contract lifecycle in alignment with enterprise policies.
• Assemble and lead global project teams, define scope and objectives, and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
• Monitor risks, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies and guide stakeholders through required processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and status updates using standard templates and SOPs.
• Build trusted relationships across a matrixed organization, influence decision-making, and resolve conflicting priorities.
• Act as a liaison between IT owners, vendors, and business units to align objectives and drive results.
