About The Position
Reporting to the Manager, Quality Improvement, the Senior Program Manager, Health Equity & Quality Improvement is responsible for Health Equity & Quality Improvement (QI) programs. You will oversight and serve to connect health equity to QI and care experience. You will work on the QI team, the Sr. PM, HEQI will collaborate with other QI & Population Health Management (QPHM) staff to ensure SFHP and provider alignment on health equity priorities. SFHP is proud to offer a hybrid work environment. As such, this role will be required to be onsite, in office a minimum of 4 days per month.
