About The Position
The Gift Card Program Senior Manager will lead the majority of our $150M+ annual gift card business and co-manage a direct report. Reporting to the Senior Director of Public Relations & Global Branding, this role drives gift card program growth, oversees day-to-day operations, and partners across departments to enhance the guest experience. From card production and fulfillment to vendor partnerships and performance analysis, you'll manage all aspects of our gift card program and serve as a central link between internal teams and external partners.
