HII - Mission Technologies Corp. is seeking a Senior Program Manager Execution Support - Test Specialist to join the B-21 Program Office at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. This role is pivotal in managing a comprehensive range of acquisition program management tasks that support the AFLCMC/WB procurement, financial management, planning, systems engineering, testing, production, security, contracting, and logistics for both existing and future programs throughout the weapon system lifecycle. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the development and maintenance of various program documentation, supporting the review of proposals, and playing a non-voting advisory role during program source selections. Coordination of documentation between functional organizations both inside and outside AFLCMC/WB will be a key responsibility, along with supporting program milestone planning and preparation, risk management, and process improvement initiatives. In this role, the Senior Program Manager will support meetings that are both internal and external to AFLCMC/WB, and will be tasked with evaluating and communicating program progress through written reports, briefings, and discussions with the AFLCMC/WB Program Office and higher management. The position also involves developing and coordinating responses to taskers related to internal and external program inquiries, ensuring that all aspects of the program are effectively managed and communicated. This position requires a strong background in DoD acquisition processes, particularly in a test leadership or management capacity, and familiarity with the specific requirements and documentation associated with ACAT I and ACAT II programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex programs and will be adept at navigating the intricacies of defense acquisition and testing environments.
