The Surface Transportation organization at Amazon is expanding and introducing new capabilities to our Fleet Management business, which supports all Middle Mile assets including tractors, trailers, box trucks, and hostlers. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment and are eager to be part of a team that is reinventing an industry through disruptive technology. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for defining the vision, roadmap, and driving program execution of our Fleet Management business. This will involve a deep understanding of supply chain processes, working backwards from customer requirements, and ensuring internal alignment with Finance and Capital Planning stakeholders. You will interact regularly with senior Amazon leaders to understand their needs and convert them into efficient business models, balancing both strategy and execution in a highly collaborative environment.
