Responsibilities

• Drive the operating rhythm to ensure alignment and execution of the annual plan across the organization.
• Identify critical KPIs and success factors, ensuring reports and dashboards track progress effectively.
• Design and facilitate VP staff level and key stakeholder meetings for clear decision-making and follow-up actions.
• Provide strategic counsel and manage executive communication as a liaison or proxy when needed.
• Lead sales operations, analytics, and enablement specialists to support team goals.
• Drive core teams focused on key go-to-market activities and strategic initiatives, ensuring execution and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Build strong alliances and support a culture of collaboration, accountability, and trust.
• Ensure preparation for regular check-ins, updates, and reports, typically delivered via Microsoft PowerPoint presentations over Zoom.
