About The Position

The Brand Experience and Excellence organization creates, builds and leads innovation for brand owners in the Amazon store worldwide. The Customer Acquisition and Loyalty team in this organization focuses on helping Brands engage Customers on and off Amazon, develop a winning strategy for Brands to leverage social media to build stronger brands, and launch great products that resonate with Customers and achieve success. In this role, the successful candidate will own the Selling Partner adoption strategy, productivity metrics, and defect reduction efforts for a portfolio of products. They must be able to work strategically to collect, distill and prioritize user needs and advocate on behalf of selling partners using data analysis. They will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
