About The Position

Lead Amazon Global Logistics Imports' Voice of Shippers program and transform customer feedback into strategic product investments that shape our global logistics network. You'll drive data-informed decision-making that directly influences product roadmaps and operational excellence for one of Amazon's fastest-growing businesses. A day in the life In this role, you'll own the Voice of Shippers program for Amazon Global Logistics Imports, designing and executing comprehensive feedback initiatives that capture shipper sentiment across the entire logistics journey. You'll spend your time analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities, then translating those findings into clear, actionable insights for leadership reviews. You'll collaborate with Product, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure shipper perspectives directly influence investment decisions and operational improvements. Beyond routine program management, you'll think strategically about how to scale feedback mechanisms as the business grows, innovating on survey design, response rates, and data collection methodologies. Your analysis will appear in executive planning cycles, and your recommendations will help unlock investments and shift product priorities. Requirements

  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • 5+ years of communicating with and presenting to executive and senior audiences experience
  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience implementing process improvements
  • Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • Experience in survey design, customer feedback analysis, or Voice of Customer programs
  • MBA or Master's degree in a related field
  • Experience influencing stakeholders and driving alignment without direct authority

Responsibilities

  • Own the Voice of Shippers program strategy, roadmap, and execution, including designing and scaling feedback initiatives such as surveys, focus groups, and deep-dive analyses that capture shipper sentiment across the entire logistics journey
  • Analyze customer feedback data to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities; translate findings into actionable insights that inform product prioritization and investment decisions
  • Create executive communications for planning cycles that clearly articulate customer insights and recommended investment priorities to senior leadership
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Sales teams, and Operations leaders to ensure customer voice influences product roadmaps and operational improvements
  • Develop and implement mechanisms to improve survey response rates, feedback quality, and data collection methodologies, innovating on how we capture and act on customer insights
