A day in the life In this role, you'll own the Voice of Shippers program for Amazon Global Logistics Imports, designing and executing comprehensive feedback initiatives that capture shipper sentiment across the entire logistics journey. You'll spend your time analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities, then translating those findings into clear, actionable insights for leadership reviews. You'll collaborate with Product, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure shipper perspectives directly influence investment decisions and operational improvements. Beyond routine program management, you'll think strategically about how to scale feedback mechanisms as the business grows, innovating on survey design, response rates, and data collection methodologies. Your analysis will appear in executive planning cycles, and your recommendations will help unlock investments and shift product priorities.
