About The Position
An exciting position for a growth minded localization leader to join a rapidly expanding team in AI Data Enablement (data collection, lagelling, search relevance, etc). Pactera EDGE are experiencing outstanding growth and the Senior Program Manager will own the service delivery and contribute to the account growth for one of our client's most strategic accounts.
Requirements
- Strong track record in managing a sizeable delivery team within the localization or AI Data
- Strong track record in managing accounts and being tasked with account growth
Responsibilities
- Driving program excellence and account growth by:
- Heading up the cross -functional international team of around 20 people to ensure excellent service delivery
- Be the trusted advisor for the client
- Driving process improvement within team and across accounts
