Position Summary: We're seeking a Senior Program Management Coordinator to join our Program Management team! The Senior Program Management Coordinator will act as a liaison between SPS retailer and supplier customers in addition to our sales team. This role will respond to external and internal inquiries while coordinating and collaborating cross-departmentally with the goal of driving supplier contracts. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2 years relevant work experience
• Proven experience with Microsoft Excel
• Strong written communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Proven experience with Salesforce
• Retail and/or Customer Service experience

Responsibilities

• Using internal tooling, respond to supplier questions & objections on behalf of our retail partners using pre-determined messaging
• Support Program Management execution through foundational excel/salesforce reporting and project assistance
• Support internal requests related to supplier engagement & outreach
• Manage the accuracy of our supplier community reporting for our retail customers by validating existing relationships with a specific focus on those records that require an additional level of review
• Assist our retail customers in granting SPS access to their internal email systems for vendor response management
• Support team email queues during peak periods
