About The Position
The Senior Program Director of Group Services at the YMCA of Pierce and Kitsap Counties is responsible for coordinating year-round conferencing and retreats, managing the challenge/adventure course, and playing an active role on Camp Seymour's Leadership Team. This position supports the YMCA's mission of strengthening community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.
