As a Senior Program Coordinator, you'll be at the forefront of tackling operational challenges, driving services, and spearheading projects at the clinic service line level. You'll provide comprehensive administrative and program coordination for our ambulatory clinics and associated programs. Your responsibilities will include scheduling and coordinating programmatic meetings, providing project support to leadership, managing small projects solo, and digging into the details that help us make decisions that not only ease the way for our caregivers, but dramatically improve the lives of our patients.

  • Tackle operational challenges and drive services at the clinic service line level.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and program coordination for ambulatory clinics.
  • Schedule and coordinate programmatic meetings.
  • Provide project support to leadership.
  • Manage small projects independently.
  • Analyze data and provide insights to improve patient outcomes.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience.
  • 3 years experience in project management, data reporting, healthcare administration, or a clinical field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from Project Management Institute.
  • Experience with Project Management methodology based on Project Management principles.
