The Senior Program Coordinator for Engagement and Outreach supports the engagement and outreach efforts for scholar cohort programs within Newcomb-Tulane College. Working closely with the director, this role is essential in implementing program initiatives, daily cohort operations, and ensuring scholars have access to the academic resources and support they need to thrive. The coordinator maintains strong communication with students, faculty, and university partners, addressing student needs, tracking academic and co-curricular progress, and facilitating resource access. Additionally, this position assists in the collection of data to support the director in tracking student matriculation, retention, academic achievement and engagement. The coordinator also provides individualized support and outreach for a primary caseload of up to 70 students to include First-Time Freshmen (FTF) and second year scholars. The role also involves organizing and coordinating events designed to enhance academic and co-curricular experience for scholar cohorts.
