About The Position

The Senior Program Control Analyst at Altamira Technologies Corporation is responsible for financial management and reporting for assigned programs within the U.S. Government contracting industry. This role involves coordinating with program management to ensure compliance with reporting requirements, supporting planning and variance analyses, and providing expertise in financial forecasting and risk management. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in Program Control, EAC development, and financial reporting.
  • U.S. citizenship, active TS clearance, and SCI eligibility required.
  • Highly proficient in Deltek Costpoint, BI tools (Power BI), Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

  • Financial management and reporting for assigned programs, including proposal/pricing support, scheduling, and revenue/profit projections.
  • Coordinate with the program management team to ensure consistent reporting processes.
  • Support planning, baselining, variance analyses, and updates to contract deliverables.
  • Collaborate with the Program Management Office, Program Managers, and technical leads to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Provide expertise on risk management, financial forecasting, and profitability.
  • Partner with the Program Manager to meet financial goals and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Support Program Monthly Reviews and provide expert analyses on program progress.
